Things Unseen

I, as with many of you, have felt my heart sink in light of the misguided re-engineering of the social standards of our society by our elected officials. We are in the day the scripture foretold us; when what is good will be called evil and what is evil will be called good. We will be persecuted by many and they will think they are doing a favour for the Almighty.

But hey!  Did He not say that we are in the world but not part of it? No matter what the storm of evil that comes our way, it will only enhance the establishment of the Kingdom of God in our hearts. He is not trying to get us into heaven, but rather He is working to bring Heaven into our hearts in the here and now. Why? Because it isnow we need it. Think of it; Fellowship with God in the midst of a world in turmoil. No wonder there will be an incoming of people greater than any time in history. Love, Joy, Peace in the face of hate, anxiety, chaos. We, as a people will stand out in such grandeur and beauty, greater than anyone has ever seen before.

We fear our governments are ripping through every fabric of society that is wholesome and nurturing. Well, your eyes are in the wrong place. May God open up to all of us the incredible Glory that is unseen to the natural eye. So, we lost the earthly vote and now we have immaturity ruling our earthly lives. We govern from the heavenly to affect the earthly. I have been aware of the unseen heaven that surrounds us almost all my life. The dimension where angels good and angels fallen from goodness into unimaginable evil, do warfare. This is our realm! It was given to us 2,000 years ago and with it the power to bind and tread underfoot a defeated enemy with a huge bruise on his forehead.
   
There are conditions, qualifications and permission that must be granted to enter the Kingdom. Without the prerequisite being met, we will have our essence beaten out of us. 
     
If you understand me so far, I may lose you now. Read Hebrews chapter 6, verse one to six. This is the watershed passage. Few have qualified but this is the only place we can effectively govern the world. It is the life in the Kingdom. I am going to leave you here for now. The last word I want to say is,

"THE ONLY WAY DARKNESS CAN RULE THE WORLD IS WHEN THE CHURCH HAS LOST IT'S LIGHT."
