FOR OUR CHILDREN
Adolf Hitler had said," give me a child, and by the age of seven, they will forever be mine." I had a close older friend who was a child in Germany during the reign of the German conquest to conquer the world and exterminate the planet of Jews. He was a brilliant young lad. Because of this, a particular school of Hitler Youth became his place of indoctrination. It was very intriguing to listen to all of his war stories. I would sit on the edge of my chair as he told me the story of rescuing himself, his mother and his sister from the repression of now communist East Germany to free Germany. One of the most significant shocks he experienced was discovering that his adored heroes had performed such atrocities against humanity. He did not know how men they looked to as the epitome of decency fell so low. The other was they thought the Americans were coming to killthem all but instead fed them. My father was with the merchant navy. I grew up in a historical war environment. He knew so much about the war he could have taught it in school. I remember a relative got ahold of some old films about the holocaust. I was maybe eight years old, too young to understand, but I felt from the adults the shock as in abject silence they viewed what must have been one of the worst things the eye could behold. It was the uncovering of the concentration camps. I always wondered how a society could end up in such a state of blind, arrogant elitism, dehumanizing whole segments of people. In my attempt to find the answer to how we as "normal" folk could be programmed to blindly, systematically destroy others, seeing them as inferior, I visited the concentration camp in Dachau just outside of Munich. I saw the ovens, the piles of shoes and clothing and viewed the pictures on the wall documenting this unbelievable cruel insanity. Being a history student, what happened in Germany was perhaps the worst atrocity of humanity against humanity, but it was by far not the first, nor will it be the last. I support keeping the concentration camps open as a reminder of what unbridled power in the hands of a few can do when few will rise in opposition. My friend told me what it was like in the Hitler Youth, which surprised me. "It was kind of like Boy Scouts in America where we learned morality and stealing was wrong, and doing good to your neighbour was good. Of course, we listened to our great Germanic leaders, and they were bastions of righteousness to be idolized and emulated in every way." History fills in the gaps. Instilled in them was the propaganda; they were the master race destined to rule the world. Jews, Gypsys, the Slovic nations were all inferior. But the Jews were the scourge of the earth. There was to be one World Order, remove all Jews from the face of the planet. There can be only one chosen race, and it is not the Hebrews to whom the Bible says God gave great favour and destiny. It was the Third Reich. In Hitler's new Germany, the ownership of children was removed from the parents under the guise that it was necessary for the government through their teaching facilities to ensure the utopic future of the Father Land. To do this, the government must raise them. There is always a mixture of good and evil in deception. Do not steal, do good, honour your government leaders and slip into the narrative, hate the Jews. We must also take ownership that large segments of the Christian churches in Germany endorsed Hitler's most atrocious actions. After all, they believed it was the Jews alone who killed Christ and must be held accountable. It is my firm belief it was the church that failed long before German totalitarianism rose to power. Hitler filled a vacuum in the nation's heart left by a lost, political church. THE ONLY WAY DARKNESS CAN GROW IS WHEN THE CHURCH HAS LOST ITS LIGHT As the church of Jesus Christ was in darkened Germany, it also has been in our modern world. However, I firmly believe that the church in our day is getting brighter, and its pure light will expose the darkness, but even more than that, it will be a community of great love and freedom under the watchful eye of our Father in heaven. The Kingdom of God implores us to take a stand for what is proven to be good, entering into all the areas of life, especially politics. There are forces today that are usurping parental authority. A young teenager in places can get an abortion without parental permission but can only get their ears pierced with parental consent. Another political leader said parents have no right to be involved in their child's education, and it is up to the institution alone. Powers are reaching over the parental headship of mom and dad and indoctrinating the children with contrary views with the hope that it is too late when the parent finally realizes what is they have instilled in their kids. External forces can eventually direct a new generation to shape a future the parents disapprove. The right of parents to contribute to their child's education in places, as I said, is deemed unacceptable. Social engineering is experimentation on our children. Is there a final destination? Do they know where they are taking our children? Do they know what the end product will be? Or in the end, will they say, "Oops, sorry things did not turn out in the way we did not know where we were going." (this is not a sentencing error) "Give me your child, and by the age of seven, they will be mine forever." You heard this before. Who are they today is the question? HISTORY WILL REPEAT ITSELF IF WE LET IT! ---------------------------------------------------------- THE GREATEST EVIL IS WHEN GOOD PEOPLE DO NOTHING DAN

"They will stone you when you try to be so good
They will stone ya just like I said they would They will stone ya when your tryin to go home They will stone ya when you live all alone." Bob Dylan In past decades, true prophets, those called from birth, have had difficulty finding their place. Apostles, teachers, pastors, evangelists all have some template to follow. Hearing from God as a prophet is considerably different. Unless a mature mentor is involved in a young prophet's life and protects them, they will experience Dylan’s above song and get hurt. Churches have burned many. And in behind wounded emotional barriers, many prophets hide. God is beginning to bring them out. Even though they had backed off, the retooling process in their lives by the Holy Spirit has never ceased. Purified and broken, they will change the church significantly with greater maturity and not draw back again when the stones fly. Jesus said as He looked down on His beloved Jerusalem. " Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone the ones I sent to you. Oh, how I would like to gather you under my wings as a mother hen, but you would not come." The leaders of a twisted, manufactured religion killed Jesus, and the same spirit is in some churches that have protected themselves from change by stoning prophets today. Yes, there have been mistakes, as in all ministries. When one declares to possess a healing ministry, not everyone is the recipient of healing. The servant laying hands on people is rarely held to account when some folk remain unhealed under their ministry, nor in most cases should they be. I believe there is a somewhat higher standard for the prophet but not so much to stone them figuratively. Some prophets see the future; some give vision, some bring the very presence of the Lord to meetings, some have a solid pastoral second strength. The prophet that is both loved and feared is the one that sees into the heart. Some leaders have Godly inner courage. They live their life and ministry in transparency. These place a high value on this type of prophet. They know wolves in sheep's clothing can deceive and sideline their work. A person with the gift to see past the exterior has saved many a sincere leader from losing God's path. They also know that a true prophet is the number one target of the enemies who stand against God's purposes for His people. They honour and protect them. Many fear the prophet whom God has given the gift to see what is in another's soul and what motivates them because their hearts are not pure. They have not repented of past sins kept in a secret vault hidden in the deep recesses of the heart. They hope God has forgotten, and God sends the prophet to expose it. Being God vessel to do this is the most challenging place God will put His prophet. When God calls the prophet to disclose what is resident in the heart and it is negative, and the leader or member of a church refuses or denies what the prophet sees, the war of words and character assassination against the prophet will happen. A broken and seasoned prophet usually with decades of experience can, with solid authority backed by tears, can be led by God to proclaim His judgement against rebellion and unconfessed sin. On the positive side, it is gratifying to see into hearts and speak healing words and deliver God's love into the depth of their being. To bring encouragement to someone who needs it gives the prophet a wonderful reason to press on. The end of a church era is rapidly coming to a close. As we step off the foundational elementary teachings mentioned in Hebrews 6 and God permits us to move on to more incredible experiences in Him. I sense that all will have a prophetic expanse take place in their heart that will be greater than the most respected prophets of our day. I am exploring the idea that God will be so close to all that a prophet may not be necessary for the coming new age. I know that everything we have walked in the past will be very different. As His Kingdom evolves, our lives will live in something so different and spectacular. There will be no past reference point to compare what we are about to enter. Love Dan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This letter attempts to pastor the prophetic at this crucial time in church history. I see us as "midwives" bringing to birth the Bride of Christ in this final church era. I have functioned in the prophetic gift for over 40 years. The mistakes we have made in the past are today's security. We learn from both our successes and failures. I will explain how a church can grow budding prophets and recognize false prophets in future letters. Our journey in the Spirit of God will be exciting and rewarding. As the Church of Jesus Christ, we enter into a time never before experienced in church history. In 1965, I toured Germany both east and west. It was before the nefarious wall separating the east from the west was torn down. During this time, I spent time in the concentration camp called Dachau. What I saw lives within me to this day. Seeing the ovens where the bodies of men, women and children were disposed of left me without words.
Darkness In mankind Is always lurking and must be acknowledged. History has repeated itself many times since World War two. Even religion has partaken in such inhumane and insane behaviour. Are there any cultures in history that can claim an Innocent past? A man I deeply loved and admired did an unthinkable crime against me and my family. I knew I had to forgive but could not. I felt a darkness eating me up. I believed it was God who led me to the death camp not as a tourist but to deal with my decaying heart. Not in a verbal conversation but much deeper He said son, "this kind of evil starts small but grows. Unchecked, you too can be as dark as those who did this." I did not identify with the victims but with those who did the deeds. It was there the growing flow of anger, hurt, and resentment hit a wall of truth I could not walk away from. No longer did I see this man as my problem. My personal right to justice was lost to the evil I saw in my heart and where it was taking me. What this man did to me revealed a darkness that would lead to great destruction of myself and all around me and most of all separate me from my Father in heaven and the power to live a healthy love-filled life. It was I who needed to be forgiven and God in His marvelous kindness did forgive me. This camp of inhumanity became my dumping ground of resentment not just to this man but many others. Love Dan |
